Fritzi Kallop has been a real estate broker for over 20 years. As a Senior Vice President, Managing Director at Brown Harris Stevens, she is consistently a top producer. In 2003, she received the award for the most expensive residential apartment sale. She is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and specializes in high-end cooperatives, condominiums and townhouses on the Upper East Side and Upper West Side. Her clients appreciate her extensive knowledge and professionalism and depend on her to find, negotiate, and consummate their purchases or sales. A native of Baltimore Maryland, she graduated from Bryn Mawr and received a BS and RN from Cornell University. She was a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Labor and Delivery and Parent Education at New York Cornell, Presbyterian Hospital for 13 years. She is a certified Lamaze Instructor, still teaching Childbirth Classes. Her book "Fritzi Kallop's Birth Book" was published by Random House. She teaches classes privately, and often sells apartments to her students, after the birth of their babies. She serves on the Board of her Upper East Side cooperative apartment, bringing an understanding of Board requirements to her extensive experience. Her sharp negotiating skills, broad knowledge of the New York City real estate marketplace and her gentle manner have brought her professional success. She is an active participant in the Christie's Great Estates program, of which Brown Harris Stevens is the exclusive affiliate in New York City. She summers at her house on Further Lane in East Hampton, where she is a member of the Maidstone Club.
