With over ten years in the Manhattan real estate market, Gregory specializes in the sale of cooperative apartments, condominiums, townhouses and investment property. In the past, Gregory has gained vast market knowledge while working for the most prominent Manhattan real estate developer and as a real estate appraiser for major New York financial institutions. In the first three years as a broker, Gregory handled the sale, leasing and management of apartments at a boutique Eastside brokerage firm where he was consistently the top-producing agent. This experience provided him with an in-depth understanding of the fluctuations of the Manhattan real estate market. Prior to his real estate career, Gregory was with the Bank of New York and was also a private business owner where he supervised a team of employees who achieved growth through an ever expanding referral network. Relentless marketing, client service and an uncompromising attention to detail are among his main strengths, skills he has demonstrated in all of his endeavors. Greg is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and an avid runner. He resides on the Westside of Manhattan with his wife and three sons.
