Reid holds a unique position at Brown Harris Stevens, serving as Senior Vice President of Residential Sales as well as Managing Director of ID Marketing Group, the elite division that specializes in the marketing and sales of some of Manhattan's most prestigious and highly-coveted new development projects. Now in its second year of operation, ID Marketing Group, headed by Reid and his accomplished partners, represents a refined portfolio of high-end developments, among them The Charles by David Collins, 385 West 12th Street, One Madison Park, and the new Rem Koolhass-designed building at 23 East 22nd Street. Known for delivering impeccable service and outstanding results, Reid is a seasoned industry veteran and new development expert who has directed numerous sales programs that have consistently exceeded expectations and have frequently set sales records. His diverse experience has spanned the gamut of properties, ranging from a four-unit boutique conversion to 60 stories of ground-up construction with over 500 units, and has included representation of some of Manhattan's most desirable condominiums, including the New Museum Building, 285 Lafayette Street, the Atalanta Building and The Hubert. Reid has also successfully handled countless individual resales in some of Manhattan's finest buildings. Hailing from North Carolina, Reid studied Public Relations and Communications at North Carolina State University, where he spent three years as a member and captain of its nationally-ranked cheerleading squad. Prior to entering real estate, he thrived in an international modeling career working with some of the world's most famous designers, and traveling extensively in Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe. Outside of work, Reid most enjoys playing competitive tennis and spending time on the North Carolina coast.
