Prior to entering the real estate business, Andrew enjoyed 12 years in the film industry. He produced over a dozen motion pictures in the United States and Europe, and was responsible for managing and safeguarding the private equity investments and bank financing provided as backing for his films. This experience instilled a valuable understanding of total accountability and integrity that his real estate clients appreciate today.

Andrew was born and raised in the Cobble Hill section of Brooklyn, and has spent the past 20 years residing in Manhattan.
