Andrew Walsh has had the advantage of being involved in nearly every aspect of the Real Estate business, giving him a unique advantage in Real Estate Sales. He has traveled extensively to Europe, Asia and South America which gives him an advantage attracting foreign buyers. Brown Harris Stevens provides Andrew with a large network of local, national and global clients and contacts.

Born in New York City and raised on Long Island, he is a New Yorker through and through. He played hockey at Miami University and continues to play for the Moe’s Southwest Grill Hockey Team, and is an avid golfer as well.

Andrew began his work in commercial appraising and then asset management, giving him a keen ability to price in the current market. He has also been involved in the development of condominiums, with an emphasis on design, structure, and use.

He has lived in most of Manhattan including Midtown East, the Lower East Side, Downtown and the Upper West Side, providing him first hand knowledge of the city and its unique neighborhoods. His success can be attributed to his clients’ satisfaction with the buying and selling process.
