Bob and I recommend Becky whole-heartedly as an extremely personal, professional and effective broker. Broker is defining her role too narrowly, as Beckys engagement with clients is so much more comprehensive than what a traditional broker does. Most recently, she played an indispensable role when we recommended to Bobs parents that they engage her to sell their house. As an elderly couple who had been in their house for over 40 years, the decision to sell their house and move to a senior living facility was traumatic for them. Becky couldnt have been more sensitive and caring in how she helped them feel comfortable with their decisions, making the whole process as easy as possible. The downsizing of their belongings and actual move was equally daunting, but the transition went much more smoothly than we had dared hope. They are now very happy to be where they are-they are engaged with their community, and feel safe and well cared for. In addition, their house was in need of extensive repair and updating, and we simple couldnt have accomplished what we needed to accomplish without Becky. Not only did she have an army of wonderful helpers at her fingertips, she never hesitated to roll up her sleeves and help get done whatever needed to be done—which was a lot! The house was miraculously transformed in a short amount of time with minimal expense, and sold within days of going on the market at asking price. We had recommended Becky to Bobs parents because we had such a positive experience with her when she successfully sold Bobs big house a few years ago in a very adverse market, so we speak very knowledgably about her extraordinary services! –
