A background in design coupled with a deep appreciation of Tribeca’s historic streetscapes ultimately led Beth Hirsch to a very successful career in real estate. Since moving to Tribeca in 1977 and hand renovating her first loft, Beth has developed extensive knowledge of New York City’s residential landscape. She is pleased to work in association with fellow Brown Harris Stevens broker Paddington Zwigard.
Well known for her enthusiasm, engaging manner and warm personality, Beth specializes in residential sales Downtown and throughout Manhattan. As a former scenic designer for the Metropolitan Opera and off-Broadway theatrical productions, she utilizes her market expertise, knowledge of neighborhood resources and creative vision to identify the perfect match for every buyer and seller she services.
Beth is equally adept at managing the selling process and skillfully negotiating real estate transactions. An entrepreneur who owned and operated a successful high-end specialty baking company for over 15 years, she is well respected by clients and colleagues alike for her sharp business acumen.
Still happily a Downtown resident and now living in her third loft, Beth earned her undergraduate degree from Bard College. She later studied at the French Culinary Institute and worked as a 4-star pastry chef, teacher and consultant.
