Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens she was Acquisitions Manager for Amaton TGC, her family run real estate investment company in New York. During this time she learned valuable negotiating skills and the art of evaluating, marketing, and acquiring property.
Carastina is the New York Liaison for Turnberry Associates, a National Real Estate Development & Property Management Company. She is very knowledgeable in the Florida market and has worked with many buildings along the Florida coastline.
Before joining Brown Harris Stevens she was a top producer at William B. May. Whether it is an Uptown Mansion or a Downtown Loft, she can get you the best value for your needs. Carastina has a great ability to pay attention to all of the little details whether it’s purchasing or selling one of your most significant assets.
Her background is varied; she worked for years in the fashion industry from Calvin Klein to Ann Klein Researching and developing their fabric. She was also a model for several years living in Milan, Munich, Tokyo and Sydney. The last two years she has sponsored the Hampton Classic Horse Show, the largest Hunter/Jumper Competition in the US. She currently resides on the Upper East Side and enjoys traveling, skiing and horseback riding with her husband.
