Carol comes to Real Estate from the world of Fashion where she was a founding partner in a seven-store chain of Designer Shoes and Accessories in New Jersey and New York. Finding the locations for the stores, negotiating the leases, and overseeing the design and construction of these units gave her the foundation upon which to mount her real estate career. As a former owner and operator of her own firm, she has developed a strong intuition for understanding people’s needs and desires. A keen business sense, depth of market knowledge and a reputation for top quality service keeps Carol’s customers and their friends eager to work with her time and time again.

Moving back to New York full time in 1990 was the start of an extremely rewarding and exciting new life. She relishes the fast paced market and works with great enthusiasm until the deal is “Closed”. In addition to her professional career, Carol has normalized her life volunteering in a homeless food program for more than a decade. Spending time with her family, just enjoying New York City and all it has to offer and travelling with her husband rounds out the life of this energetic broker.
