As a former insurance broker specializing in work with investment bankers and other business professionals on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions and large corporate divestures, he is able to draw upon his excellent sales and marketing skills while approaching his work from the perspective of a former customer.

Charles makes certain he is involved in all aspects of the transaction and consults with sellers to determine the most effective marketing strategy including proper pricing, market evaluation and most importantly working with his colleagues at the firm and with other participating companies to maximize the property's exposure. Charles often brings in a trusted team of stagers, carpenters, painters and landscapers to increase the property's marketability. He will also arrange for the appraisal and consignment of furnishings with Christie's and other reputable auction houses.
