• A Fifth Avenue apartment for $19,500,000,

• A boutique $28,600,000 Midtown hotel, and

• A record sale for the highest priced Upper West Side townhouse that was not on a Central Park block at $14,500,000.

Outside of real estate, David can be found sailing, skiing, playing hockey and basketball, working out and climbing mountains around the world. An alum of the Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C. and Carleton College in Minnesota, David is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
