Doug’s been buying, selling, and managing real estate properties since 1986. He relocated himself, and his larger family several times, from NYC and later from Chicago, then back to Indiana from the west, including Sandy, Utah, Denver, Aspen and other ski resorts (also lived to Norhtern Virginiana, DC, and Charlottesville) until settling in Darien, Connecticut.
With decades of relocations, real estate experience, and having practiced Real Estate Law in the past, Doug (your MBA/JD) as a CT License Salesperson has perfected the art negotiating, customer service, and finding the right home no matter time frame or the location or requirements. Humble and hardworking, Doug cares and understands that buying or selling. Doug not only resides in Darien, he's also an elected member of the Darien RTM, the town's legislature. Doug gives back to the community, is a member of the Darien Men's Association, serving as assistant current events chair, and has gained extensive knowledge of the school system, budgets, taxes, and neighborhoods in his town.
In his free time, he enjoys skiing locally in Connecticut with children and grandchildren. He knows the local slopes and recommends them in the winter months to teach your children to ski.
He holds degrees from Georgetown, Notre Dame, Loyola University of Chicago, and is pursuing continuing education currently a CT State. He has the commitment to service you and will focus on you and your needs to sell or buy your home in Fairfield County. Tell him and he will listen and help you.
