Dusty Bricker became active in real estate after having launched and run a highly successful brand promotion and marketing communications firm. Her experience running a business for blue-chip companies provided her with the necessary sales, marketing and negotiation skills to quickly become a specialist both in the sale and purchase of residential property, as well as the conversion of pre-war buildings.

Shortly after joining the industry, Dusty worked on the conversion of an upper west side 166-unit pre-war rental building. She helped set up the on-site sales office, worked directly with the sponsor, tenants and buyers, and sold over $20 million in inventory in two years. She also received her LEED accreditation so that she might be of service to developers interested in “going green.” In addition to working on building conversion, she continued to work determinedly with individual clients and customers interested in buying or selling luxury residential property throughout the City.

A graduate of Brown University, Dusty’s background also includes two years of medical school. She believes in life-long learning and when she is not servicing her clients, you can find her attending real estate courses in development, finance and foreclosures (as well as occasional seminars at the National Academy of Sciences!). She loves travel, opera, and swimming – and everything about the field of real estate!
