Sarah Buff is a fabulous agent and then some. She is thoughtful, professional and strategic. Indeed, thanks to her my apartment went for a substantial sum above the asking price, which I attribute to her extensive knowledge of the NYC real estate market, as well as her careful research into the particulars of my neighborhood. Equally important was Sarah's real finesse in dealing with a difficult co-op board. She is charming, precise and detail oriented. In sum, I think she is the bee's knees, and I wouldn't consider buying or selling another apartment in NYC without her. –
