Iestyn Jones joined the award winning Filipacchi Foussard Team in January 2010 to help grow their rental department and helped them achieve the Brown Harris Stevens Rental Brokers of the Year Award in 2011 and in 2012, as well as the Most Properties Leased in Manhattan in 2012.

Iestyn was born in Wales, and raised in England. He moved to New York in 2008, after 15 years working in real estate/construction industries in the UK. Having worked for one of Britain's most prominent property developers for many years, Iestyn has overseen the building, marketing and selling/rental process in some of the most prestigious new developments throughout England.

With his intimate knowledge of the Manhattan rental market, Iestyn specializes in working closely with clients to help them find the home that is not only right for their needs but also suited to their budgets. He resides with his wife in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. He enjoys sports, as well as cooking and entertaining friends. Iestyn Jones is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
