Over her decades of experience, Janice accumulated many professional distinctions for her work. She has won awards for the most exclusive listings. She set and broke her own records for highest sales prices, and for transactions closed in a calendar year. However, none of these accolades matter as much as helping a new family find their first apartment, grow into an extra bedroom or acquire that dream townhouse.

Over the decades, she has been president of her coop board; a member of the civic council; a trustee at the local synagogue; and a member of many civic institutions including the Prospect Park Alliance, Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Academy of Music. Janice has travelled extensively and has lived in both Asia and California, but she believes Brooklyn is the very best place in the world to live. Her family seems to agree with her.
