A resident of Manhattan for over 20 years, Jeff Shannon has developed a keen understanding of the subtle characteristics that comprise the island’s diverse corridors and neighborhoods. He consistently demonstrates a strong talent for marketing Manhattan properties, from modest to luxury, co-op to condo, and he’s been trained and certified as a relocation specialist by the world’s largest relocation company. Adding to these distinctions, Jeff’s guiding mantra is “Customer Service First.” He believes that clear and consistent communication with the client is the most essential part of what he does, and as a result he is an invaluable asset to first-time sellers and buyers, who rely on his experience to shepherd them through the city’s often complicated real estate process. His knowledge and experience in selling co-ops in particular has earned him many loyal clients, countless testimonials, and a distinguished award for customer service in 2005.
Jeff began what has become a successful career in real estate following 10 years as an executive in the film and television industry. During that time, he sold and developed numerous film projects at studios, cable companies and television networks. He currently maintains a roster of distinguished clientele from the creative community on both coasts, and from whom he has received praise for his skill, integrity, and professionalism. Yet above all, it is an optimistic, “can do” attitude that he regards as his hallmark of success.
Jeff Shannon is a graduate of Middlebury College and did his postgraduate studies at New York University. He is originally from Massachusetts, raised on Cape Ann on the North Shore, and spent 3 years in Los Angeles while working in the entertainment industry.
