John has had a passion for New York real estate for as long as he can remember. Born and raised in Manhattan, he knows the city and its properties well, having lived and gone to school both uptown and downtown. John has had a passion for New York real estate for as long as he can remember. Born and raised in Manhattan, he knows the city and its properties well, having lived and gone to school both uptown and downtown. In fact, some of his earliest memories are of accompanying his father, John Glass in the Upper East Side Office of Brown Harris Stevens, on apartment showings. From an early age, he has been well versed on the best buildings, which neighborhoods are up and coming, and where to find the best deals on the market.

After having lived in London for six years, John returned to New York to work in the Brand Image Department at Tom Ford. However, after giving his boss a walking tour of the Upper East Side, John realized his heart lay not in the corporate fashion world, but in the world of New York real estate.

John’s passion for real estate is an extension of his love for New York City. He adores its history, how each neighborhood has so much to offer and so many hidden gems, and the vibrancy that connects such seemingly different parts of the city. John finds true satisfaction in being able to reveal some of New York’s secrets to his customers. This ever-changing city never ceases to fascinate and impress him. John’s strong work ethic combined with his love and knowledge of New York are assets to all his clients, and help him to identify the ideal property to match their personalities and needs, be it an artist’s loft downtown, a midtown condo, an uptown co-op, or a townhouse to either purchase or lease.
