Beginning his Real Estate career Downtown nearly ten years ago, John Roen worked in Soho and in Tribeca for several years and joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2004 as the Office Manager of the newly launched 43 North Moore Street sales office.
Originally from the Midwest, John has lived in New York since 1999. Prior to Brown Harris Stevens, he worked for First American Title Company and then for a boutique architecture firm in Midtown.
For the past five years, John has been the associate to top-producing Brown Harris Stevens broker Paula Del Nunzio. During this time, Paula has sold over forty-five townhouses – including several record-setting transactions – and numerous luxury cooperative and condominium apartments.
