Meet Jon

Jon's extensive Manhattan and Brooklyn knowledge base spans all neighborhoods, an asset to both buyers seeking the right home, and to sellers who benefit from creative, targeted marketing that draws attention and ensures a swift, profitable deal. Jon has successfully represented a diverse clientele, from foreign governments and Wall Street executives to top names in entertainment in the purchase of luxury, townhouses, and lofts.

Jon graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1991 and moved to Manhattan shortly thereafter. His interest in real estate first blossomed while at the Corcoran Group, where he gained valuable experience, and his reputation, and developed a large network within the brokerage community. Jon’s move to BHS is motivated by his desire to streamline the experience for both his buyers and sellers.
