Lavinia was born and raised in Italy and graduated from Bologna Law School in 1993.

She worked for major law firms in Milan, Bologna and Paris where she developed her strong negotiation skills and refined her leadership abilities. Lavinia has always had a personal passion for garden and plant design which led her to create a company specializing in this with a partner in Europe.

Lavinia recently joined Brown Harris Stevens in their Carnegie Hill Office after working in a downtown boutique real estate firm. With her fifteen years of business and legal background, coupled with her creative side, Lavinia brings a great deal to the Manhattan real estate market. She has devoted her knowledge along with her honesty and integrity to identify her buyers' needs and works hard to get her buyers highest and best prices. Her customers and clients particularly appreciate her straightforward manner, negotiating skills and work ethic.

Lavinia, her husband and four children moved from Europe to Manhattan a few years ago but she has maintained her strong business and family relationships abroad.
