Lilyan came in and her energy and attention to detail were just what we needed. When the buyers told her the space was not configured to their liking, Lilyan provided them with a way to picture what it could look like. When the buyers told her the price was too high, they were shown detailed stats of selling comps to reinforce our pricing. On the creative side, Lilyan insisted on having the apartment repainted which helped generate interest. On the deal-making side, she made sure the buyers were qualified and would pass our co-op board. She got to know our board and building in a way that no broker I have worked with has ever bothered to do. Lilyan was relentless, extremely aggressive, and she really gave us comfort knowing that the deal was in capable hands. With Lilyan, we got multiple bids but did not settle until we got the right price. Without the superlative efforts of Lilyan, I struggle to imagine how we would have sold our place; it would have been painful. -
