Prior to a career in real estate, Lilly graduated summa cum laude with an undergraduate degree in Finance before launching, growing, and selling her first company. Following the successful sale of her public relations firm, Lilly received a full-merit scholarship to the University of Florida MBA program, where she received the program’s highest honor of Matherly Scholar. After completing a leadership development program within a Fortune 200 energy company, Lilly returned to Palm Beach to the lead the growth of a 180,000 square foot commercial development. Lilly joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2020.
Outside of real estate, Lilly serves as the Chairwoman for Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s annual Beach Bash gala, and on the committee for several local charities, including the Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adults and Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.
