Lisa specializes in the sales of co-op and condos and has been trained and certified as a relocation specialist with the largest national relocation company. A full service broker, she works closely with her buyers and sellers, listening to their needs, managing all of the details and guiding them through the myriad layers involved in a real estate transaction in Manhattan.

Fluent in Spanish, she is also an international real estate specialist, understanding all of the intricacies and details necessary to expedite an international transaction, for those international buyers looking to purchase for either personal or investment purposes. Lisa’s experience, knowledge and helpful manner earned her an award for exemplary customer service in 2005.

Born in Manhattan, Lisa Vaamonde spent her early childhood in Puerto Rico and Mexico City and was then raised in Connecticut. She returned to the city that she now calls home after graduation from college, and has been a resident of New York City for the past 25 years. A consummate real estate professional, Lisa knows the city inside out and understands the distinct characteristics and uniqueness of each neighborhood.

Prior to her career in real estate Lisa worked in both the advertising and fashion businesses. Her visual aesthetics, her ability to work well with people and produce projects on tight deadlines, within budget, without sacrificing quality or customer service are assets which have translated to her success in the real estate business.

Lisa has a B.A. in Spanish Literature and European History from Hobart & William Smith Colleges and spent a semester at The University of Salamanca, Spain. Lisa currently resides in Chelsea and loves the cultural and creative diversity that Manhattan has to offer.
