Lori Press is a veteran broker with 40+ years of experience in the real estate world. She began her career as a rental agent, quickly moving into residential sales, winning recognition and several sales awards. Lori advanced within the industry to Manager, Vice President of Relocation, Sales Director, and Managing Director. She was Vice President, Manager of Charles H. Greenthal prior to joining Terra Holdings as the Director of Broker Specialist Relations.

Lori currently works in the Park Avenue office of Brown Harris Stevens where she markets and sells cooperatives, condominiums and townhouses. She uses a full service approach where strategic marketing and intelligent pricing are only the beginning to effectively marketing a home, and as an ASP Home Staging Specialist, Lori is able to advise her clients about presenting a property in its best light.

As a skilled negotiator, Lori applies the principle, Think Win/Win to her dealings with both clients and customers. She guides her sellers through the steps and stages of selling their home, drawing on years of extensive experience.
