Louis Rosado graduated from Rutgers University. Louis earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A.) in Labor Studies and Employment Relations (Human Resources) from the Rutgers’ School of Management and Labor Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A) in Religion (World Religions) from the Rutgers’ School or Arts and Sciences. Louis’ study of Labor and Employment Relations, which concentrated on negotiations and contracts, enables him to effectively deal and negotiate on behalf of purchasers and sellers. Louis also attended the City University of New York (CUNY) where he studied Real Estate Financing and Real Estate Management along with additional coursework for licensing as an Associate Real Estate Broker in New York State.
Louis Rosado makes it a priority to continuously inform himself by reading and attending real estate seminars in order to remain abreast of the constantly changing New York City real estate market.
Louis Rosado is an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Louis, a native New Yorker, developed a passion for New York City real estate at any early age. Throughout the years, Louis has purchased, designed and renovated property for his own use. Louis has a natural ability for interior design. Besides real estate, Louis’ personal hobbies include playing the piano, horseback riding and fitness training. Louis is also fluent in Spanish.
