Ms. Gardner, born and educated in Switzerland, is a Director of Brown Harris Stevens who has been with the firm since 1988, prior to which she was associated with Douglas Elliman Gibbons and Ives where her very first sale in Manhattan was a building located at 33 West 57th Street which she then net leased to the Hammer Gallery to the great satisfaction of her foreign investor.
