As a first time home buyer, I looked for an agent who I could trust to be honest and forthcoming about any property that I was interested in. Thank goodness I found Marjorie! She was wholeheartedly invested in the process with me and guided me when I needed it. She told me when a property seemed overpriced in their maintenance fees and gave input on why she had reservations about a property. I needed her to tell me these things because I otherwise wouldn't have seen it if I was by myself. She is very responsive and works extremely hard to make sure she has done everything on her end to help you if there are any issues that arise during the purchase. Not only that, I really loved her friendly and warm demeanor. Her love for New York is inspiring and she transfers that same excitement to you. She worked closely with us, the selling broker, and the co-ops management company to make sure all the information needed was gathered and presented in the clearest, most engaging, and professional manner.
