Passionate, hardworking, organized, motivated and committed to her clients. Yessenia grew up in Peru and relocated to Greenwich, Connecticut in 1988 at the age of eleven. She graduated from Greenwich High School and served in the Armed Forces for three years as a Specialist. While in the Army, she was selected as a 91B wheeled vehicle Humvee mechanic.
She ultimately settled in Stamford in 2001, where she joined Westy storage as a sales associate. Her demeanor and passion for learning the business in Property Management quickly got her promoted to Director. Her career as Director and Customer Relations Specialist helped build a solid foundation that led the company to branch out to Fairfield and Wilton. She was selected to develop those markets on behalf of the company. Through this role she solidified her marketing, networking and negotiating skills. This experience taught her the importance of maintaining strong client relations to help her clients succeed in reaching their goals.
Yessenia knows firsthand that buying or selling a home can be the biggest investment a client will make, and that relocating towns and states can be incredibly stressful. Having worked with numerous customers over the years, she knows that it is important to demonstrate an ability to be trustworthy, knowledgeable and proactive in responding to their clients’ needs, and she is motivated to be that kind of agent and to deliver on behalf of her clients.
Yessenia loves interacting with people, she is friendly, responsive, and has a passion for getting things done! She is a skilled negotiator who works tirelessly for her real estate clients and colleagues. She is excited to establish and strengthen new relationships and ensure the success of every transaction.
Yessenia and her family reside in Norwalk where they enjoy outdoor activities and traveling. Her son attends Roger Williams University in Rhode Island, and her daughter is a sophomore in high school. She loves attending her daughter’s soccer and basketball games and visiting friends and family around Connecticut and New York.
She is also the founder of the non-profit organization Ready for School Inc. She has traveled to Peru several times to make in-person donations at impoverished schools with school supplies and winter clothes. She has held several fundraisers in Norwalk, CT and is a contributing member of the community.
