Melissa joined Brown Harris Stevens’ Upper Westside office in 2003. She worked with the most successful and well established brokers in Manhattan while providing the highest level of service for her growing clientele. In addition to her cooperative and condominium resale experience, Melissa became very well-versed in new development condominium sales. She left Brown Harris Stevens in 2007 to spend three successful years selling high-end condominiums in Manhattan for Extell Development. Melissa negotiated transactions in two of the Upper Westside’s most luxurious buildings, The Rushmore and Avery. She achieved over $50 million in sales in those two buildings alone.

Melissa rejoined Brown Harris Stevens in January, 2010 and is thrilled to be back. She is known for her hard work ethic, outgoing personality and personable demeanor. As a result, each member of her client base has become a friend, and her clientele continues to grow through repeat business and referrals.

A Long Island native, Melissa graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications in 2002 and immediately returned to Manhattan to begin her successful career in Real Estate. Melissa resides on Manhattan’s Eastside with her husband.
