Meet Molly Ann

For more than 10 years, Molly Ann Williams has helped clients across New Jersey turn their real estate goals into reality — whether buying their first home, upgrading, or investing for the future. Her love for real estate began while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she audited shopping malls and real estate firms and discovered how property shapes communities.

Since then, Molly Ann has earned her clients’ respect for her deep market knowledge and steady guidance through every step of the process. They value her patience, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex decisions.

Outside of real estate, Molly Ann finds joy in cooking, dancing, reading, and tending to her garden. She volunteers at her church, teaching youth and adult programs, and directs a summer camp focused on mentorship and leadership.

Born in Jamaica, West Indies and raised in Fort Lee, New Jersey, Molly Ann brings both cultural richness and local insight to every client relationship. Above all, she believes every home search begins with listening — understanding each client’s story and helping them write the next chapter.
