Howard Morrel. Mr. Morrel's accomplishments in real estate were ignited by his role as principal and broker in the sale of a major loft conversion in the Flatiron District. Prior to that, he enjoyed an illustrious career in the music business working with such greats as Yoko Ono, Miles Davis, Linda Ronstadt and Natalie Cole. He was an in-demand musician, producer, composer and arranger for twelve albums and several live international broadcasts and music videos. His international projects included joint ventures with Universal Music Group, Mitsubishi and Fujisankei. Howard graduated from the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston and received a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. His energy, creativity and dedication drive his business. His clients are satisfied that their interests are top priority and their business is strictly confidential. An expert sales specialist and marketer of luxury homes since 1991, Howard has won loyal clients with an approach that attracts excellence and delivers perfection, and he has secured a place among an elite circle of New York's best residential real estate brokers. Leslie Hirsch. A self-described "tech whiz" and research guru, Leslie applies her years of marketing experience and technological proficiency to every transaction. Originally from Toronto Canada, she followed her passion for historical architecture and cultural diversity to New York City in 2000. Leslie began her career in real estate working for Morrel Realty as the firm's technology and marketing specialist, maintaining all exclusive listings as well as designing and launching their website. Eight years later, Leslie and Howard Morrel joined Brown Harris Stevens. Leslie regularly volunteers at the Ansche Chesed Homeless Shelter.
Kiono Tucciarone. Kiono is a poised, polished professional with a keen eye for detail and deep understanding of the delicate financial and emotional aspects of a deal. She joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2003, working previously with another high-level Senior Vice President and Managing Director at the firm. Kiono is a native Californian who has traveled extensively, and a student of architecture and design with a deep appreciation for the diverse culture, history, buildings and traditions of New York. A natural networker and relationship builder, she is active in various charitable causes including Young Audiences, a National Arts in Education non-profit organization. She sits on the board of Young Audiences New York, and on the Message and Marketing Committee for Young Audiences National.
Faye Homayouni. Ms Homayouni specializes in high net worth international clients who wish to invest in the finest Manhattan properties. She brings to Brown Harris Stevens the expertise in marketing, public relations and interior design that she gained during twenty five years in those fields. Faye held senior positions for planning and logistics at special VIP events such as the Atlanta Olympics, international film festivals and the Red Cross convention, working closely with royal families, prominent dignitaries and high profile politicians. Ms Homayouni was educated in Italy, Switzerland and England. She studied business administration in Lugano and further in the US at the Guild College of design in Los Angeles and Parsons School of Design in New York City. An experienced property owner with real estate holdings in the US, England and Spain, Ms Homayouni has first hand experience with acquisitions, management, marketing and sales. She continually draws upon this knowledge to provide the best service for her clients. Faye Homayouni has lived in New York City since 1997 and she is fluent in Turkish, Farsi and Italian.
