What a delight! Mara made selling our home a wonderful experience. She treated each step of the process, from initial discussions when we were looking for a realtor, to preparing to go on the market, which included sleuthing the right comps, given how unusual our home is for its neighborhood and getting the right photographer at the right time of day to capture the best aspects of the home, to ensuring prospective buyers discovered unique features of the property, to working through the offers.
