Nick Palance is a Vice President, Director working in both the Upper West Side and Brooklyn Heights offices. With experience selling prime Fifth Avenue coops, West Village Penthouses, expansive lofts in SoHo, and brownstones in Brooklyn, Nick’s knowledge of both markets provides an indispensable advantage to his clients. During his first year at the firm, Nick was named Brown Harris Stevens Rookie of the Year and is now a regular recipient of the Most New Deals award. Nick has also been featured in Brokers Weekly as one of NYC’s Rising Stars.

Upon graduating early with high honors at Northeastern University, Nick excelled at Pricewaterhouse Coopers as an expatriate tax consultant to Wall Street’s top investment bankers.

Thereafter, Nick became a trusted financial analyst within the music industry servicing the accounts of Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, Norah Jones, and was ultimately promoted to handle the entire Capital Records repertoire and Beatles catalogue. Despite this success, Nick left corporate finance to follow his entrepreneurial instincts in the family business: real estate.

Nick has a lifelong connection to residential real estate sales and is intimately familiar with the intricacies of condo, coop, and townhouse transactions from both buyer and seller perspectives. His referral business is a result of satisfied clients including foreign investors, native New Yorkers, diplomats, first time buyers, empty nesters, as well as seasoned investors.

An avid golfer, skier, and fisherman, Nick also devotes free time to the American Cancer Society, Urban Land Institute, and the Real Estate Board of New York.
