Born and raised in Uptown New Orleans, surrounded by Greek revival architecture, Nicole von Klencke’s interest in real estate was kindled as a child. Her career  in the sale of residential properties was a natural progression and began in Europe where she migrated early on, and in Cologne, Germany,  founded, owned and managed  a residential real estate company .

Tina Turner was her first client, and first sale. Thereafter she sold castles, villas, country estates, distinguished homes and luxury apartments to a select client base of CEO’s and CFO’s of Fortune 500 corporations, platinum recording artists, and prominent personalities from television and the arts. From this experience Nicole developed a rare ability to  listen to her clients, understand their requirements and effectively guide them through the process of identifying the right property, and negotiating a successful sale. The cornerstone of her success is founded on her belief that developing long term relationships with clients through the sales process relies on a large degree of creativity, intuition, and timing, as well as an ability to be extremely focused, attentive and professional. These are the essentials she so successfully utilizes in order to bring each transaction to a successful conclusion.

With so many international clients, moving to New York has been a natural progression for Nicole and has created a new and challenging environment  in which to further develop and adapt her many skills. Nicole’s considerable experience in the real estate industry allows her to serve a loyal local and foreign client base by evaluating investment opportunities, both short and long term,  as well as shepherding clients through the intricacies of co-op board approval, as well as condominium, new development  and townhouse purchases. She sees her role as a collaboration with client and colleagues throughout Manhattan to identify the right property, negotiate the terms of the transaction, and bring a deal to a successful conclusion for all involved.

“Working in Europe taught me to sell responsibly and effectively, moving to New York has allowed me to apply my love of architecture and interest in people of all cultures, into a successful profession.”

After years of living in the West Village Nicole has recently migrated to Brooklyn Heights.
