Born in the United Kingdom, Patricia was educated in England, Italy and France, and graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury, England. She received her Bachelor of Arts degrees with honors in French and Italian.

Patricia is as passionate about Manhattan as she was when she arrived here from London some thirteen years ago. In Europe, she enjoyed various stints working (primarily as a Swaps and Options broker) in England, Spain, Italy and the south of France.

Patricia is well-known for her blend of professionalism and warmth which go towards creating an enjoyable real estate experience. Her sales record includes pre-war apartments in Greenwich Village, new development construction on the West Side, sprawling 4- to 5-bedroom homes and Penthouses on the Upper East side.

Patricia cites her professionalism, patience, dedication and ability to listen well, to her success. This combined with extensive experience with many nationalities and cultures, gives her a unique perspective which has contributed to her success, culminating in ‘sold properties’ in excess of $200 million over the last two years.

Whether representing studio or 5-bed properties, or working with new buyers, Patricia applies herself diligently and endeavors to do the best job possible. Her mantra is simple: “The customer is King.” Her positive approach and her integrity continue to win her the loyalty of clients.

Despite the challenging nature of the real estate market in 2009, Patricia had a record-breaking year and saw the successful completion of sales at the WorldWide Group’s most recent property, 255 East 74, where she was Director of Sales.

Patricia is active on the fund raising and benefit committee at Claremont Prep school in downtown Manhattan and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
