Peter Michael Riolo is a third-generation New York real estate professional. He worked at Richard Rosenblatt Securities Inc. (20 Broad Street) before joining his family’s real estate brokerage firm in Westchester County. Peter offers his clients an unusual blend of traditional real estate prowess and a keen understanding of contemporary trends, disciplines and knowledge. As a certified Eco broker and HAFA designee, Peter can speak to the new world that is “today’s real estate market.” That capability and mindset coupled with his time-tested, “old school” approach make him unusually well qualified to excel on behalf of his clients.
Peter attended the Hackley School where he was a second team All-American lacrosse player. He later graduated from Trinity College with a major in International Relations and a minor in Italian Studies. He has spent considerable time working, travelling and studying abroad. This experience and his deep knowledge of the New York City super-regional real estate market informs and shapes his real estate practice—global awareness and local knowledge to drive outstanding client success. Peter is well-regarded for his empathy, his ability to rapidly assess and understand client needs and his unremitting focus on results. He is particularly adept at providing his clients with the emotional ballast and stress relief so often absent in today’s highly-charged marketplace.
