  • Preconstruction PricesA sponsor (building owner) offers apartments for sale long before a building is completed. The beginning contracts are typically offered at below market prices. This accelerates purchases and creates sales momentum for the building. Buying during preconstruction is an excellent time to purchase because you have the widest choice of units available at the lowest prices.

  • Investment PropertiesWe have vast experience in serving investors of all kinds and are acutely aware of their concerns and desires.
