Aswad was born in Chicago and raised in New York since the age of six. Aswad is a father to his beautiful daughter Isabella. When it comes to his passion for real estate, he values the experience over the transaction for his clients.

Aswad made the transition into real estate after 20 years of multi-million dollar furniture and design sales.
