Shirley A. Ritenour, Sales Associate, is the Director of Operations & Technology for The Young Group, specializing in the representation of fine properties and new development condominiums. In her role, Shirley provides general oversight in all technological initiatives, administrative management & support, marketing operations and sales site development.
Shirley has established a proven track record managing and administering mission critical projects in marketing operations, real estate sales, new development implementation, and relocation. Before joining Young Randolph Young, she held the position of Vice President of Executive Projects for Terra Holdings, reporting directly to the Co-Chairmen & CFO. Prior to that, she worked to launch the long term durable model for the BHS Relocation Department as the division’s founding Director. Shirley has also worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Sunshine Group, where she was responsible for managing sales site development, technological implementation & oversight, and sales system administration. During her tenure, Shirley successfully reengineered operational processes to support fluid communication between all sales, marketing and corporate stakeholders. Other prior positions include operational assignments at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley-Dean Witter, Global Network Management Division.
