As Brokers, in order to meet the ever changing needs of the marketplace, The Singer/Venekamp Team created a real team approach to our business. We have expanded the size of our group to four highly qualified, professional, educated and dedicated members. Each of us brings something special to the team which combines to make the level of service that we are able to provide unsurpassable by any other real estate broker in New York City. This team has proven itself many times including being recognized by the Real Estate Board of New York in 2004 as the Residential Sales Deal of the Year recipients.

Our team is able to meet the needs of today's sellers and buyers. By combining our skills and experiences we have created a powerful team and knowledge base. One team member has the intimate knowledge that comes from being a native Manhattanite. One team member has the historical knowledge of the city from living here for several decades. Two of us have moved extensively in our working careers and therefore understand the challenges that moving can bring. One team member has many years of renovation experience. With four members, our team has the flexibility to accommodate viewing times requested by potential buyers. Our team includes three members with MBAs and award-winning retail marketing experience. All of us have highly developed communication skills. We also have expertise in negotiating deals, creating board packages and coaching for board interviews. Leslie Weingarten Singer is one of Brown Harris Stevens' top producers with annual sales in excess of $60 million. Having grown up in Manhattan, Leslie has an excellent knowledge of the City. Raising her children here, she understands the needs of clients with children. Prior to working in real estate, she was an award winning senior marketer. Her charming personality, extraordinary attention to detail, superior negotiation skills and unshakeable integrity amaze her clients.

John Venekamp has consistently been one of Brown Harris Stevens' top performers. He entered the real estate industry after twenty years as a corporate executive for a Fortune 50 company. Having worked in the Manhattan real estate market for more than ten years, John has an in-depth knowledge of all facets of this market. His extensive renovation experience and eye for design have heightened his awareness of details and made him an excellent consultant in the preparation of properties for market. He is focused, organized, very thorough, and an excellent negotiator.

Noah Dopkin's background in both management and customer service has helped him fine tune the skills required to succeed in this competitive field. His attention to detail, honesty, integrity and straight forward approach to this business and life are just a few of the traits that have earned him the respect of clients, customers and real estate professionals alike. As an accomplished musician Noah has always had a fascination with New York City and thought of it as the center of all things artistic and wonderful. In 2005 he moved to “The Big Apple” from his home in Minnesota. Happy now to call New York City his home, he enjoys the culture, diversity and vibrancy that it offers. When not working, Noah can be found at the opera, the theatre or strolling through one of the cities many beautiful parks.
