Susan is a long-time New Yorker who brings broad experience in community affairs and a passion for residential real estate to her work. Susan is a strong advocate for a better quality of life in Manhattan and an active member of the board and of the executive committee of Carnegie Hill Neighbors and the East 86th Street Association. Formerly President and Treasurer of a Park Avenue cooperative, and currently a member of a condominium board in a luxury Upper East Side building, Susan is a proven problem solver who listens carefully and well, conducts thorough research and finds creative solutions.

Susan is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and previously worked at Procter & Gamble, The New York Times and Microsoft in a variety of marketing and sales positions. She is married, has twin daughters, and has lived on the Upper East Side for nineteen years.
