Thomas Shriver Jones grew up in Baltimore, MD and even though he earned his degree in Finance, he was naturally drawn to working in Sales, his lifelong passion.
During a career in which he sold some of the world’s best known consumer brands, Thomas made his home in St. Louis, Chicago, Washington DC, and Philadelphia. But when he first moved to New York with Kraft Foods in 2001, he was captivated by its energy and diversity — and by the beauty of Central Park — and Thomas bought his first apartment on the Upper West Side.
His enthusiasm for the City led Thomas to residential real estate sales where he could apply his successful experience and utilize his strengths with buyers and sellers. Relationship building is the key to his sales success. He listens, analyzes facts, solves problems, and satisfies his clients’ needs. His attention to detail and service-driven nature result in loyal, long term client relationships.
Thomas joined Brown Harris Stevens, one of the City’s most respected real estate firms, where his integrity and professionalism have earned him the respect of buyers, sellers and other agents. As a direct descendant of John Marshall, the fourth chief justice of the United States, Thomas has a strong interest in ethical practice and in his ancestry, and he is an active member of the Maryland Union Mills Homestead where six generations of the Shriver family have lived.
Thomas Shriver Jones is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and he supports many business and charitable functions throughout the year.
