Jonathan 'Will' Wade

With deep roots in both New York City and Westchester, Will Wade brings a rare blend of local knowledge, business acumen, and community leadership to The Skyline Advisory Team at Brown Harris Stevens. Known for his thoughtful, data-driven approach, Will guides his clients through one of life’s most important decisions with clarity and confidence.



For more than 15 years, Will has called Chelsea home. In that time, he has co-founded a block association, served on the board of his condominium, and worked closely with local leaders and community organizations to address issues shaping the neighborhood. Alongside his civic involvement, Will earned his MBA from NYU, built a personal real estate investment portfolio, and successfully represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in transactions totaling millions of dollars. This multifaceted perspective—part investor, part neighbor, part advisor has enabled Will to evaluate every deal from multiple angles and deliver tailored solutions for his clients.



Will represents clients across New York City as well as in Westchester, Long Island, and The Hamptons, where he and his family spend much of their time. Outside of real estate, Will enjoys skiing, playing squash, traveling, and exploring innovative dining spots. He lives in Chelsea with his wife, Courtney, their daughter, Anja, son Wesley, and their dog, Zula.
