Wendi has joined The Harris Residential Team and is quickly taking her passion for real estate to the next level. After moving to New York over 10 years ago and living in nearly every borough, Ms. Bergamini quickly realized the unique characteristics & attraction of New York City Real Estate.

Wendi provides thorough, comprehensive guidance to help her customers find the exact property they are looking for. She understands the ins & outs of New York real estate transactions and the attention to detail they require. With Wendi, people come first. She fully educates her buyers step-by-step through their own search. Wendi recognizes that each search has different demands, and aims to tailor each search to the individual needs of her customers. As a property owner and member of her own Board of Managers, Wendi has insight into condominium and cooperative financials and consensus building- important aspects of the purchase or sale process.

Wendi is part of what makes New York City special – she is active in the Broadway theatre community, having performed in two long-running Broadway hit revivals, and three national tours. Having a deep compassion for the artistic community in New York, Wendi has made it her mission to advise actors, musicians, dancers, and composers, in the empowering process of home ownership in Manhattan and Brooklyn. With an understanding of the unique scheduling, demands, and consistently changing life circumstances of the artist, she streamlines the search for property with great success- for artists or other busy professionals.

Ms. Bergamini hails from the Bay Area in Northern California, and holds a BFA from UC Santa Barbara. She is active in the artistic community of New York, working with new composers, performing, and developing new musicals.
