Wendy’s highly successful career in real estate spans over two decades, and her expertise is unrivalled. She has played an important role in many record-breaking transactions, and in 2002, she was awarded the Real Estate Board of New York’s Second Prize for Sales Deal of the Year for a penthouse on Central Park West. According to The Financial Observer, this sale marked “the most expensive single-occupancy apartment purchase in the history of the Upper West Side.”

In addition to Wendy’s extensive experience, she brings a unique perspective to her role as one of Manhattan’s top real estate professionals. Her background as a fine arts photographer combined with her deep appreciation for architectural detail has enabled Wendy to advise her clients with respect to design and aesthetic considerations. Her sixteen years as a resident of The Beresford has also given Wendy a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of cooperative boards.
