In the early 1980’s, after many years in the investment community, Bill decided to pursue a career in real estate, first part-time, and finally in 1987 as a full-time career. Before this, Bill’s experience was solely as a consumer, but was fascinated with this market, and became involved by advising friends on their purchases and sales.

Bill joined Brown Harris Stevens in May of 2004 and it is only the second firm that he has been associated with. Bill’s areas of expertise include all types of residential sales in Manhattan from pre-war and post-war cooperatives, condominiums to townhouses etc. While he is comfortable in all areas of New York, the bulk of his sales are done on the Upper East and West sides, of Manhattan with a few sales in the Village.

Bill has lived on Fifth Avenue in Carnegie Hill for many years and considers himself an expert on this neighborhood and its many pre-war buildings. As a seasoned broker and building specialist, he is also an expert in navigating the board process for cooperative buildings, which can be very arduous.

As a new Brown Harris Stevens broker, He looks forward to using the incredible resources at his fingertips to better serve his clients and customers.
