As Executive Vice President, Managing Director of Sales for the Madison Avenue Office of Brown Harris Stevens and one of the city’s most successful residential real estate sales professionals, Caroline Guthrie, MA (Oxon) is committed to providing the direction, resources, knowledge and skills needed to assist colleagues and clients in achieving the highest level of success in the New York City real estate market. Born and raised in England, Caroline graduated from Oxford University with a BA (Hons) in 1987. She subsequently moved to New York City and began her real estate career with the revered Edward Lee Cave, five days before the infamous Black Monday of October 19th, 1987. Over the ensuing years she has carefully developed extensive knowledge of the city’s residential real estate market and refined the necessary skills to expertly guide and advise her clients through all aspects of the sales process for co-ops, condos and townhouses. Her diplomacy, discretion and professionalism have resulted in countless successful sales transactions while earning the respect of her wide circle of clients and colleagues throughout the industry.
