Samuel Fernsell Jr

Born and raised south of Southern Blvd (SoSo) in West Palm Beach, Samuel Fernsell Jr. is a 5th-generation real estate agent and investor. A true local, Sam attended Discovery Day School, Palm Beach Day School, Oxbridge Academy, and Rollins College, where he studied business management with a minor in economics and social entrepreneurship. His firsthand local knowledge and market expertise are invaluable to his clients as he helps them navigate the area’s neighborhoods.

Sam is deeply engaged with the community and supports several causes, including Captains for Clean Waters, the Palm Beach Fishing Club, and the Surfrider Foundation. He’s also actively involved in various not-for-profit local charities.

In addition to real estate, Sam has worked across a wide range of industries. His experience includes roles at the Palm Beach Art and Antique Gallery, Field of Greens, and as a project manager for the construction of an 11,000 sq. ft. custom home. He has also gained customer service experience working for a warranty service and as a boat mate.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending his free time playing tennis, fishing, golfing, surfing, and free diving. His passion for the environment and his community, along with his local expertise, make him a trusted advisor and advocate in the Palm Beach area.
