Some might regard summer as a time to slow down,  but the most successful agents aren’t simply lounging by the pool, they’re doubling down on strategy, relationships, and visibility. Here’s how BHS Miami are staying sharp, closing deals, and keeping their momentum as hot as summer’s temperatures.

  • Steep, not Sleep! Host an Afternoon Tea to the immediate neighbors from your listing. Neighbors have friends and relatives, don’t overlook them. 
  • Have a Broker Open. Buy some gift cards. Have a raffle for anyone that attends. 
  • Always have a ‘Take One’ show sheet box attached to your sign post. Morning walkers have friends and relatives. Make snack baskets and deliver to nearby Brokerage offices on the mornings of their weekly meetings. 
  • Reach out to realtors that have listings nearby and invite them for a preview of your listing AND go preview their listing. Make friends. They may have a showing that isn’t right for their listing but could be right for yours. 
  • Most important, always be kind, generous and humble to all. Karma has a mysterious way of finding you and blessing you with positivity and success!
